Education/Experience

·   Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, civil engineering, surveying, or related business field

·   Extensive knowledge of Trimble products, typically gained through experience with an end customer

·   Construction machine operation or field crew management experience a plus

·   Minimum of 1 year experience in construction or a related industry

·   Previous experience in field sales preferred

Starting off from a general presentation, the webinar is followed by a series of breakout sessions where you can tap on the expertise of Trimble regional technical experts on a variety of topics.

Built for land and marine applications, two Trimble GA830 GNSS Antenna were used for dynamic positioning. Precision sensors enclosed in submersible casings were also installed on the excavator body, boom, stick, and bucket to achieve 3D visualization with Trimble Marine Construction Software.

The 8.5-kilometer CCLEX project is one of the most crucial road projects in the Philippines that will connect mainland Cebu from Cebu City to Cordova town in Mactan Island. The system used Trimble MPS865 for the receiver with two Trimble GA830 rugged antennas for the position and heading with radio correction method to position the span framing of the bridge’s foundation. The Trimble HYDROpro software package for marine and waterway construction was also used for accurate positioning of the rig-piling barge.

“You can directly see what’s going on” Prime BMD Dredge Master, Wichard Bootsma explained how the TMC upgrade improved his dredging operation’s productivity and deliver quality reports to their clients.

The event is expected to gather hundreds of experts from the industry for information sharing. Argotek President  Engineer Raymond Rama stated that “It’s about time to hold Marine Tech Expo 2020. Our goal is to showcase the new technology and best practices in marine surveying and construction.”

The event also aims to attract selected media agencies to inform the general public about marine engineering systems and to project Argotek as a leading marine engineering company in the country.

The event will be conducted in Manila come May 2020.

The training camp held in Site Skills Training, Clark Freeport Zone brought Timble Marine Constructions’ (TMC) dealers from Asia for hands-on training of their latest software.

With the latest TMC technology for Marine Excavator, Crane and Cutter Suction Dredge’s sensor installation and configuration, precision measurements and calibration, TMC and Argotek further advance its capability for the more sophisticated services in dredge systems.

“Our partners can expect Argotek Engineering solutions’ up-to-date instruments and high standard tech support, that we will continue to promise,” said President Rama.

The boot camp was made possible through collaborations by Trimble Marine Business Area Technical Support, Argotek Positioning Solutions Inc. (APSI) and Other Trimble Marine Dealers from Asia.#
