The guidance system, consists of Trimble hardware and software shall assist the operator with more productive dredging and underwater construction tasks.

Demo and installation of Trimble Marine Construction Guidance System for DPWH-BOE Amphibious Excavator

Built for land and marine applications, two Trimble GA830 GNSS Antenna were used for dynamic positioning. Precision sensors enclosed in submersible casings were also installed on the excavator body, boom, stick, and bucket to achieve 3D visualization with Trimble Marine Construction Software.
